It's the problem that dad and I discuss at every single option we've came up with. It almost has to be a corporately owned business brought in. People want this and that.
GNC has been brought up numerous times, but you couldn't make enough with it, to pay the rent at the new Wal-Mart and anywhere else, it's not going to do good.
I have never seen that many people in a GNC in a metro area, I really don't think that would work at all in Wise County. Other than some sort of fast food or other big name franchise, (which if you have been checking you have to have a net worth of a million plus just to get consideration). Your best bet is to have some type of specialty to offer that you can't get just anywhere and not rely on the general public for the majority of your sales, something where you have other business' or institutions buying on a regular basis.
